Always up to date
Outdated documents, missing files: as a Nextcloud user, you don’t know these problems. With clients for Windows, MacOS, and Linux as well as apps for Android and iOS, your data is synchronized automatically. And as flexibly as you want: via your client, you can, for example, exchange data between several Nextcloud accounts simultaneously and include directories outside your main Nextcloud folder in the synchronization. In addition, your client can, if you wish, automatically notify you via desktop notification of new activities in your Nextcloud.
Stronger together
Teamwork: your Nextcloud supports you in this. You can collaborate on files, add comments, organize discussions, and link them to specific projects. However, the core of your Nextcloud is its powerful sharing system: you can share individual files or entire folders, both with other users of your Nextcloud and with external people. For these shares, you can set custom read and write permissions, an expiration date, and effective password protection. Speaking of security: if you want to share particularly sensitive data, you can link the connection to a video verification. And of course, you can also send links to files directly from the system to users already authorized to access the cloud, without needing to create a separate share.
