Process

Needs analysis and advice

Our first objective is to gain a thorough understanding of your needs, so that we can ensure optimal migration of your hosting contract. At this stage, we analyze the resources required, the most important functionalities and the specific features of your website. To simplify this process, we use an Excel document to collect and analyze the information in a structured way. On the basis of this information, we then make customized recommendations for the efficient migration of your site to our systems, so that you can achieve your objectives.

Migration of your content

Once all the details have been settled, we'll take care of migrating your content efficiently to our hosting platform. To do this, you'll need to give us your login details for your previous hosting provider's customer interface, as well as any other authentication codes required to ensure that the migration is secure and protected. Our team of experts will carry out the migration with the utmost care, to ensure that all data and settings are transferred correctly. During this operation, we avoid downtime as far as possible, and ensure that your site remains accessible throughout the migration.

Email migration

Once the migration of your website(s) is complete, we move on to the migration of your mailboxes. Our team transfers the entire content of your mailboxes to our platform, always in complete security. Here again, we take care to minimize downtime, so that you can access your e-mails during the migration.

Finalization and checks

Once the migration is complete, we carry out a final check to ensure that everything is running smoothly. A key point at this stage is to modify the settings of your e-mail programs. You'll need to update the settings of your e-mail clients to ensure they work properly with our servers.
