How can I upgrade or downgrade my contract?

You can adjust your hosting.fr product at any time if necessary. For upgrades, you will receive a new invoice for the difference amount until the next billing. Downgrades are also always possible. However, no partial refund of already paid fees will be made. Therefore, it is preferable to downgrade a reserved product towards the end of the product duration.

We are working to automate product adjustments also via the hosting.fr client interface. Currently, upgrades for Managed Nextcloud products are already possible. (For more details, please refer to the support article “Upgrading an existing Managed Nextcloud product.”) For all other product adjustments, please contact hosting.fr support at support@hosting.fr for guidance on how to proceed.
