Where can I find the termination deadlines?

The applicable termination deadlines can be found in the current general terms and conditions of hosting.fr.

As a general rule, the ordinary termination period for contracts concerning server services is three (3) months before the end of the contract term. Insofar as domains are concerned by the contractual relationship, the termination period is one (1) month before the end of the contract term.

Please note, however, that some TLDs may have longer termination periods, such as .hu domains with a 31-day period and .az domains with a 38-day period. Do not hesitate to contact hosting.fr support at support@hosting.fr for more information.
