Inform yourself in advance about the range of products currently offered on the hosting.fr website. We are also available to advise you directly, either through our support hotline or by email at support@hosting.fr. Ideally, you can summarize in advance the requirements you have for your new product so that we can advise you in a targeted manner.
We are working to offer product adjustments in an automated manner via the hosting.fr client interface. Currently, upgrades for managed Nextcloud products are already possible. (For more details, please refer to the support article “Upgrading an existing managed Nextcloud product.”) For all other product adjustments, please contact hosting.fr support at support@hosting.fr for guidance on how to proceed.
For upgrades, you will receive a new invoice for the difference amount until the next billing. Downgrades are also of course possible at any time. However, there will be no proportional refund of already paid fees. A downgrade of a reserved product is therefore rather advised towards the end of the product duration.
