Why was my contract deleted?

There can be different triggering factors for the deletion of a contract.

Did you submit a termination for the product? In this case, your product at hosting.fr will be deleted on the termination date you chose.

Is your account prepaid and did you not recharge your balance on your hosting.fr client account in time? In this case, your web hosting product/your domain will be deleted at the end of the paid period and no new costs will be charged to you.

Did your use of the hosting.fr web hosting product and/or the content of your website violate our GTC? In this case, we reserve the right to block and/or terminate the contract. In such a rather rare case, we would of course contact you in advance to find a solution together.
