Where can I find the contract duration?
The contract durations for your reserved products are always visible in the hosting.fr client portal. Here’s how to view the durations for web hosting packages and domains in the client portal.
End of the duration of web hosting packages
Select the “Packages” option in the menu on the left.
Then click on “Open package” under the package.

In the overview of your web hosting package, click on the “Action” button at the top right.
Select “Package details”.

In the overview of the package details, you will not only see the components of your reserved package and the annual costs, but also the end of the current contract duration in the “Billed until” line.
(Please note that this does not necessarily mean that the last invoice has been paid and that the current duration has also been settled. You will find this information in the “Billing” menu.)
End of the duration of domains
For domains, there are different ways to view the end of the duration. The first option is the most convenient if you only manage one or a few domains in your customer account:
Select “Products” in the menu on the left.
In the “Products” menu, click on “Domains”.
For the domain to be processed, select “Show details”.

In the overview of this domain, you will again see the display until when the domain is billed by us.
(Here too, please note that the “Billed until” date does not necessarily mean that the last invoice has been settled and that the current duration has also been paid. You will find this information in the “Billing” menu.)
If you manage a larger number of domains in your customer account, it is preferable to use the tabular overview of domains:
Select “Products” in the menu on the left.
In the “Products” menu, click on “Domains”.
Click on the double arrow in front of the search field.

In the overview of domains, you will now see the “Billed until” column. Here, you can see the end of the current duration and possibly sort the domains by expiration date for a better overview.
