How can I adjust PHP options?
For security reasons, you cannot directly modify the php.ini file in a shared web hosting package. However, the main standard PHP functions can be configured via the hosting.fr client interface.
- Select “Products” from the left menu.
- In the “Products” menu, select the “Web hosting” sub-item.
- Under the domain to modify, select “Show details”. If you manage a large number of domains, you may need to click “Show all” to get a complete overview of your domains.

- Go to “PHP Options” and select “Edit”.

- You can now configure the most common PHP options, for example, you can adjust the version or increase the memory limit for PHP processes.
- If the function you need is not in this basic overview, please select “Advanced settings”.

- Configure the desired settings in the advanced menu.
- Via the dropdown menu, you can now add additional php.ini options and then configure them via the interface.

In general, the values saved in the PHP settings are already optimized for average use of a web hosting package. It is therefore recommended to make adjustments only after consulting your webmaster.
