How many emails can my website send?
Does your website use a service for automated email sending, such as contact forms or order confirmations? Then you must consider that sending is subject to server-side limitations for security reasons and to prevent spam. We allow, within reasonable use, the sending of up to 25 emails every 30 minutes. If this is not sufficient for your needs, please contact hosting.fr support at support@hosting.fr and explain the nature and extent of your usual use. We will be happy to advise you on alternative options.
Please note that the resources of our shared web hosting packages are generally not designed for sending newsletters, etc. In this case, it is advisable to consider using a dedicated mail server. We will also be happy to advise you on this.
