What exactly does “Managed” include?

Our managed Cloud servers come pre-installed with nginx, Apache, PHP in the latest versions, as well as MariaDB. They are compatible with common CMS systems such as Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, TYPO3, etc.

The management of our servers includes the following aspects:

• 24/7 monitoring of server services. This includes the web server, database system, and mail servers.
  
• Maintenance and servicing of server services, including applying security updates for these services.
  
• Provision of a backup infrastructure that performs daily backups of all web spaces and databases. The daily backup data is retained for one week, in addition, the system keeps a weekly and a monthly state and can be supplemented by manual backups.
  
• Telephone and email support for any system-related questions or issues.
