Can I see how much storage space each folder uses in my mailbox?

This is possible. To do this, please log in to Webmail at webmail.routing.net.
Please note: The credentials here do not correspond to those of the customer portal, but consist of the email address you want to check as the username and the associated password for your mailbox.

• Click on the gear icon at the bottom left of your email overview.
  

• Select the “Manage folders” option from the menu.
  

• In the “Folders” column, you can now click on all subfolders one by one. On the right, a summary of each folder will be displayed. This way, you can see how many messages are in each folder and, using the “Show folder size” link, check how much storage space the folder occupies.
