I need to restore deleted emails from my backup.

Unfortunately, we cannot restore individual emails from automatic backups for you. In severe cases of data loss, a technical intervention (possibly chargeable) is possible to restore a complete backup of the mailbox. However, please note that mailbox backups are overwritten daily in the mornings, so a quick reaction is necessary. Old backups of mailbox contents cannot be restored.

Therefore, please contact hosting.fr support quickly at support@hosting.fr in case of data loss and first ask if the desired backup for your mailbox can actually be restored. Support will clarify the procedure with you.
