What is the password for my mailbox?

For data protection reasons, since the GDPR came into force, passwords cannot be stored in plain text. Therefore, you do not have the option to display your current password in the client interface. We recommend using a password manager, such as Keepass, to manage your passwords. If you no longer know your current password, you have the option to set a new one in the client interface.

• Select the “Products” option in the menu on the left.
• Select the “E-mails” sub-item in the “Products” menu.
• Under the email address to be processed, select the “Show details” option. If you manage a large number of email addresses, you may need to click “Show all” to get a complete overview of your email addresses.

• In the “General data” section, click “Edit”.

• Activate the “Change password” switch.

In the “Change password” column, you can either type a new password yourself or generate it via the key icon next to the input field.
The new password must then be entered a second time to confirm it. If you use an automatically generated password, you have the option to copy it to the clipboard with one click for easy use.

• Finally, confirm your changes by clicking “Save”.
