I need access to the mail server log files.

In case of certain technical problems such as undelivered or delayed emails, it may sometimes be advisable to have the mail server logs examined by an administrator to identify the cause. For this, hosting.fr support needs detailed information in advance and at least one example email to be able to examine the process, i.e., specifically the recipient and sender address as well as the time the email was sent. Moreover, it would be preferable if it is a recent email, as the mail server logs only go back a certain period.

Depending on the extent of the information desired, the analysis may only be possible as part of a chargeable technical intervention. Therefore, please contact hosting.fr support in advance at support@hosting.fr for information on the steps to follow.
