I receive my emails with delay.
When you receive emails with delay, it can have various causes. In some cases, the “Greylisting” spam filter option is enabled for your mailbox, which can cause a delay in the first delivery by unknown mail servers. For more information on Greylisting or how to disable the option, please refer to the corresponding help center articles.
If disabling Greylisting does not resolve the issues, you will find additional information about the email delivery path in the email header. In almost all modern email programs, you can view this directly and check where the delay in delivery is occurring. The procedure may vary depending on the program.
Alternatively, you can also log in to the webmail at https://webmail.routing.net and read the header there. Here’s how to proceed:
- Select the email in the webmail whose delivery path you want to check.
- Click on the three dots icon “More” at the top.

- In the menu, choose the option “Show source code”.

- The email source code will then open in a new browser tab. The first large block of data here is the header, which provides information about the exact path of the email.
- If you have doubts when analyzing the header, please send a brief description of the problem along with the complete header to hosting.fr support at support@hosting.fr.
