Why was my domain transfer/order canceled?
If errors occurred during a domain order or transfer, you can view the information regarding the cause directly in the client portal.
- Select the “Products” item in the left menu.
- In the “Products” menu, choose the sub-item “Domains”.
- Navigate to the “Other options” section and click on “Orders”.

- If you have activated the expert view for your account, alternatively click on “Other options” in the domain summary at step three, then select “Orders” from the menu.

- You will now see a list of orders for the domains in your client account. Click on “Show details” under the order you want to check.

- Navigate to the “Error” section and check the error code. In this example, the entered AuthInfo code was incorrect, which is why the transfer was canceled.
