What is the maximum upload size in phpMyAdmin?
By default, the maximum upload size in phpMyAdmin is set to 64 MB. You can adjust this value in the client portal as follows:
- Select the “Products” menu item on the left.
- In the “Products” menu, select the “Web Hosting” sub-item.
- Under the domain name to be modified, select the “Show details” option. If you manage a larger number of domains or subdomains in a web space, you may need to click “Show all” to get a complete overview of your domains.

- Scroll down to the “PHP Options” section and click “Edit”.

- In edit mode, enable the slider for “Advanced Settings”.

- Click “Show advanced settings”.

- You can now adjust the upload size in the “upload_max_filesize” line as needed.
- Finally, save your changes by clicking the “Save” button.

Please note: When importing larger SQL files via PHPMyAdmin, upload errors may occur because the provided PHPMyAdmin is only intended for simple database management. For imports larger than 64 MB, we recommend using a more professional solution like HeidiSQL or MySQL Workbench in a local installation on your PC or the MySQL console application in your web pack.
