I can’t remember my login.

To log into the hosting.fr client portal, you need at least a username and a password. If you have activated two-factor authentication for your client account, you will also need the device associated with your account (smartphone, tablet, etc.).

The username always corresponds to the registered login email address. If you remember it and have access to it, simply use the “Forgot Password” feature on https://secure.hosting.fr.

The “Forgot Password” feature

You will receive a link by email within a few minutes, which you can use to set a new login password. For data protection reasons, this link can only be sent to the registered login email address. For Gmail addresses, exact entry is important. (@googlemail.com vs. @gmail.com)

If you receive an error message when accessing the reset link directly, several causes may be the problem:

  • The link was requested more than 24 hours ago or you requested a new link in the meantime: Re-run the “Forgot Password” feature and use only the most recent link.
  • Your email program has discreetly inserted a line break in the long reset link: Select and copy the entire link with CTRL + C and then manually paste it into your browser’s address bar.
  • You are using Safari on MAC or Internet Explorer/Edge on Windows: Both browsers are known to cause errors in input fields, etc. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox instead.

Note: The change via the “Reset Password” link only affects your login to the client portal. Other user passwords, such as those for FTP access or your email mailbox, are not affected.
