How to transfer a contract to a new holder?

Do you want to transfer your entire customer account to another holder? This requires the agreement of the current holder as well as the new contract holder. In addition, we need the complete contact details of the new account holder, including the phone number and email address.

Such a transfer can be carried out by an informal letter. The transfer form signed by both parties must then be sent to us, preferably by fax or as a scan/photo by email. Once we have updated the account data, you will receive a response from us.
