I cannot identify a debit from you. What are you charging me for?
Before each automatic debit, you will receive an appropriate invoice at the contact email address registered in your client account. Each invoice includes a precise detail of the products you are being charged for.
Check your email account’s Spam folder if the invoice was not delivered to your inbox. Alternatively, you can find all invoices at any time in the client interface at https://secure.hosting.fr in PDF and CSV format for download. After logging into the client portal, simply navigate to the “Billing” menu and then the “Invoices” submenu. Here, you also have the option to settle open invoices directly online via PayPal or credit card.
If the corresponding transactions do not appear in this summary or if other questions regarding the debit remain, do not hesitate to contact hosting.fr support at accounting@hosting.fr. Please provide us with your customer number, which was indicated in the subject of the debit in question.
