I’m going on vacation and want to pay my invoice before it’s issued.
Unfortunately, our system does not yet support the process of early invoice issuance. If you think it will be impossible for you to pay your invoice at the time of its issuance, we recommend that you sufficiently top up your client account in advance. The new invoice amount will then be offset by the available balance. This will also be indicated on the invoice that will be generated later.
You can top up your balance at any time in the hosting.fr client portal via PayPal, Google Pay, or credit card. For more information on this process, see the FAQ article “What payment methods can I use?”.
If PayPal or credit card is not available, it is also possible to top up by bank transfer. In this case, please be sure to indicate your hosting.fr customer number as well as the mention “Balance Top-up” so that the amount is correctly credited. You can find the correct bank details on your last hosting.fr invoice or in the client interface.
Please always make a transfer early enough and allow at least five working days for the transaction to be processed. For payments via PayPal, Google Pay, or credit card, the balance top-up is generally credited quickly after the transaction is completed.
