Before the transfer can be started, the domain must be enabled for transfer by the old registrar.

The transfer must be initiated by our system.

The Owner of the domain receives a power of attorney form by email. This power of attorney must be confirmed by clicking on a link.

If the old registrar does not respond to the transfer within 10 Days, the transfer is automatically cancelled.

Usually, a transfer completes in 10 Days.

Owner change is not supported. It is not possible to change the owner of a domain name.

Restoration is not supported by the registry.
