Nextcloud Terms of Use

We want to communicate transparently and honestly with you, which is why we don’t hide our terms of use. Please note that Nextcloud and associated applications are not developed by us, but by Nextcloud GmbH and a number of other companies. That’s why we had to formulate certain conditions for the use of Nextcloud:

• We do our best, but we cannot guarantee that the applications you use will be permanently available. We expressly reserve the right to block, disable or uninstall certain applications at any time. We will try to inform you in time so that you can back up your data. It is possible that the data you have stored in the application will be lost. You cannot claim damages against us in this regard.

• If you use the free product, we reserve the right to block, disable or uninstall in case of misuse without notice. We also reserve the right to disable or uninstall the free product after a period of non-use of 3 months, after notice. You cannot claim damages against us in this regard.
