Information on the Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or email). You must send your request to: hosting.de GmbH, Franzstr. 51, D-52064 Aachen or by email to info@hosting.fr. For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and at the latest fourteen days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us; in no case will we charge you fees for this refund.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided at the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal concerning this contract in relation to the total services provided for in the contract.
