Cancel a contract

The easiest way is to cancel a product with a few clicks in the client interface. This is possible here without paperwork and with little effort. You can also cancel a product by email or fill out the cancellation form on this site.

You will find the client area here. For each product, you will find a link for cancellation.

Send your cancellation request to our support at assistance@hosting.fr. Please note that we must clearly identify you through the email sender, so you must use the email address you have registered with us. In case of doubt, our support will contact you.
