If you wish to file a complaint or report abuse to us, the process will proceed as outlined below:

1. File a complaint or report abuse

Please provide your name, address, phone number, email, and a description of the issue, including the domain name(s), to the contact person listed below.

2. Processing of reports

Our goal is to resolve every complaint or abuse report within five business days. If a longer period is required to resolve an issue, our support agent will inform you of the expected timeframe.

3. Reopening a complaint

To reopen a resolved complaint or abuse report, simply reply with additional information or details that will allow further investigation of the issue.
